great access to glasgow's parks and vibrant attractions
I had a fantastic view of the Clyde River from my room, and it was just a short stroll to awesome spots like George Square and the Gallery of Modern Art, making my weekend exploration truly enjoyable. however, the breakfast options could use some improvement.

The deluxe double and single room was spacious with a nice view of the River Clyde. It had modern decor and amenities like a coffee machine, flat-screen TV, and spacious private bathroom with a strong shower. The fitness facilities were a bonus. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants, making it super convenient.

The Executive King Room offered a spacious layout with a comfortable king-sized bed and a stocked fridge, perfect for an unwinding evening. The air conditioning worked well, and despite a cloudy day, natural light found its way in through the big windows, setting a decent vibe in the room.
The absence of a minibar in standard rooms was a bit of a letdown, especially since only executive rooms had that luxury. The evening room service break between 10 and 11 PM felt inconvenient, and it would have been nice if the toiletries were a bit more upscale. shampoo was lacking on the second night, which added to the minor annoyances. I noticed the drapes had to be kept closed due to the view into another room, making the place feel a tad cramped and less inviting, particularly with the enclosed courtyard outside. Lastly, breakfast had its moments, but some stations were running low and took a bit too long to replenish.

Air conditioning system too warm and inefficient!!! Parking arrangements confusing and difficult to navigate!!! Limited options for food after 10 PM left much to be desired!!!

I enjoyed my stay in a well-maintained room with strong shower pressure and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly and often helpful, which contributed to a pleasant experience. However, there were issues with the air conditioning being inefficient at times and breakfast service delays that could be improved.

Would be happy to recommend for short visits
Comfortable room, helpful staff, where the beds were very comfortable, even for my daughter, who usually sleeps on foldaway beds in family rooms when we travel, and the free wi-fi in public areas made it easy to stay connected while the 24-hour reception ensured we had assistance available whenever we needed it.
Completely flawless.

I recommend it for families seeking comfort
We had a lovely room on the 7th floor, which not only gave us peace from the bustling streets below, but had two beds that comfortably fit us. The staff went above and beyond, especially when they helped with my delayed bag and offered local insights while we waited.
It wasn’t a bargain, but considering the comfort and service, I’d say it was fair.

The Executive King Room was super spacious and really comfy. The bed was huge, making it perfect for a good night's sleep. The shower was incredibly clean, too, which was a nice touch. Plus, the river view from our window was stunning! I really liked the overall vibe of the room—stylish but cozy. No major complaints, just felt a bit casual for a fancy place.
